Where is ‘Nature’ in the Daehakdong City?
Inspired by my personal experience to look for nature in my living area, I questioned street interviewees on how “nature” is perceived in Daehakdong City.

The objects and photos from three
urban sites mentioned as “nature” by the interviewees were archived into
archaeological display and a collaged
digital print framed in the shape of Daehakdong region. This multi-layered
installation shows the artificiality and fictionality that breaks from residents’
notions of authentic “nature” in urban conditions.
